EDUCATION

Education has always influenced a community’s quality of life. Increasingly, it determines its economic future. This section takes up a cross-section of indicators for Kootenai County, from pre-K to higher education, to population educational attainment. It also looks at financial support for K-12 public education. The trends’ scope is largely Kootenai County but for higher ed, three counties in northern Idaho.
